He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Ragan and Erma Ragan; his wife Mary Ann Ragan; and his siblings, June McKim and Benny Ragan.
He is survived by: his son Robert Ragan (LaRhesa Ragan) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Sarah Ragan, Emily Ragan of Broken Arrow, OK and Matthew Ragan of Norman, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
