She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edward and Madge Eline Phelps (Marshell); her husband Jarrell Pell; and her son Kenneth Pell. She is survived by: her children, Karla Powell (Steve Watkins), Keith Pell (Wanda), Kerry Pell (Christie) and KerPatrick Pell (LeAnn). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
