He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parsons and Mabel Parsons; his brothers, Alfred Childress and Mitchell Parsons; his granddaughter Coral Parsons; his parents-in-law, Ted Smith and June Smith; his brother-in-law Raymond Smith; and his brother Russell Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Parsons; his children, Renee Watts (Thomas), Randall Parsons (Andrea) and Ryan Parsons (Christy); his grandchildren, Patrick Watts (Liz), Cathleen Watts, Mason Watts, Cayden Parsons, Cayman Parsons, Cooper Parsons, Ethan Parsons and MaKayla Parsons; and his great grandchild Theodore "Teddy" Watts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
