He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray Culver and Gladys Helen Culver; and his brothers, Dennis Ray Culver and David Alan Culver. He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Lisa Renee Peebles, Melissa Helen Graham, Royce Wayne Culver Jr., Karen Ann Ivey, Daniel James Culver, Felicia Rachelle Culver, Katie Ann Shepherd, Sky Dawn Landon, Joshua Michael Landon, Brett Eugene Landon, Janey, Gracie, Jesse, Holly, Emily, Eddie, Alayna, Austin, Corbin, Jacob, Olivia, Jackson, Lela, Caine, Braedyn, Adrian, Dwayne, Lilliana, Lincoln, Noah and Nina; his siblings, Rona Marie Culver-Barnard and Richard Edward Bacon "Corky"; and his wife Melidy Culver. He is also survived by his children, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends and family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Keystone Lake State Park (1926 OK-151, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
