She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Foote and Kathe Andreson Foote. She is survived by: her daughters, Chenoa Brasswell and Kamisha Lee; her sister Cheryl Foote Kilgore (Harold); her grandchildren, Christopher, Alan, Emani, Jerimiah, Aleya, Jordan, Anika, Kahleesi and Kortona; her great grandchildren, Kyrie and Rosé; her nieces, Chanda McKinney (Greg) and Deandra Kilgore; and her nephew Billy Kilgore (Amy).
Sandra displayed her love for her Savior by serving others, donating to many charitable organizations and volunteering many hours at the Second Impressions Thrift Store in Claremore.
