She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mattox and Louise Routh Mueller; her brother Wayne Mattox; and her niece Stephanie Mattox Greer. She is survived by: her husband Mark Adair; her daughter Maegan Adair of Bonanza; her son-in-law Travis Dickerson; her son Justin Adair of Broken Arrow; her daughter-in-law Sylvia Smith; her grandchildren, Adalynn, Jameson, Isaac and Natalia; her siblings, Paul Mattox, Pam Christie, Randy Bogart and Misty Longshore; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Drabek, Jason Christie, Melissa Cummings and Jennifer Malone.
