He is survived by: his wife Maria Mast Moore; his children, John Rex Moore of Broken Arrow, Lydia Sarah Moore of Broken Arrow and Gavin West Moore of Broken Arrow; his mother Betty Criner Moore of Coweta, Oklahoma; his sister Anita Moore Iida of Coweta; his aunts and uncles, Marilyn Criner Campbell of Springfield, Missouri, James and Devonna Criner of Harrison; and his cousins, Michael Campbell of Springfield, Stacey Campbell Witty of Fayetteville and Phillip Criner of Harrison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holt Memorial Chapel (1904 Capps Rd, Harrison, AR 72601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (1329 W Stephenson Ave, Harrison, AR 72601). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM.
