He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Hewitt of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his children, Evan Hewitt (Shea) of Tulsa, Hanna Hewitt of Broken Arrow and Mason Hewitt of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Donald "Trey" Robison of Wagoner, Oklahoma and Cynthia Gottschalk (Christian) of Wellington, Colorado; his stepgrandchildren, August, Scarlett and Oliver; and his sisters, Cynthia Hewitt of Wagoner, Angela Longmire of Tulsa and Jennifer Holden of Idaho. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
