He was predeceased by: his father Theodore F. Bullinger; his brother Steven R. Bullinger; and his mother Kathryn Bullinger. He is survived by: his children, Scott Bullinger (Lisa), Heather Butler (Travis) and Shawn Bullinger (Christa); his grandchildren, Cailley (Kyle), Aidan, Nate, Grace, Grant, Rylan, Finn and Isabella; his great grandchild August; and his sister Susan Clark (Danny).
