She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wesley and Agnes Lee Belle Stout (Woods); her husband Frank Westbrook; her daughter Judy Gail Westbrook; and her siblings, Oscar Stout, Gene Stout, Mable Gammon, Rachel Daughty, Ruby Tidmore, Martha Rose Moore, Pauline Morris, Louise Brumley, Jo McConnell and Marie Stout.
She is survived by : her children, Rhonda Kupke (Kenneth) of Redland, Karen Monroe (Norman) of Mead, Terry Westbrook of Nashoba, Beverly Sisk (Steve) of Nashoba, Douglas Westbrook of Wright City and Michelle Westbrook of Byhalia, MS; and her grandchildren, Kenda Dark, April Collins and Heather Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
