Folken (LaVita) of Minneapolis, Minnesota.; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Tyler (Jon) of Jacksonville, Texas, Jenny Melchor of Jacksonville, Texas, Rachel Bell of Weatherford and Matthew Bell of Weatherford, Texas.; and her great grandchild Bradley Melchor of Belton, Texas..
