He is survived by: his wife Joyce Chappell of Broken Bow, OK; his siblings, Myrl Lamb of Pensacola, FL, Minnie Floyd of Natchitoches, LA, Nelda Butzirus (Gordon) of Broken Bow, OK and Ricky Chappell (Denise); his children, LaDonna (Joe Don) of Broken Bow, OK and Chris Chappell of Broken Bow, OK; his grandchildren, Josh Williams (Lindsey) of Broken Bow, OK, Courtney Price (Paden) of Battiest, OK, Courtney Richbourg of Broken Bow, OK, Chianne Chappell, Will Coleman of Broken Bow, OK, Montana Chappell and Lindy Price of Broken Bow, OK; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jace, Connor, Jaxon Williams, Tristan, Brayden, Harper Price, Cashlyn Crudup, Kayzlie Barrick, Kastinn Cox, Kamden, Clayson Coleman, Jashlyn Richbourg, Bella Vinyard, Creek and Cash Chappell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
