He is survived by: his friend Ray Thomas; his son Ricky Middlebrook (Trista); his father Billy Everett; his siblings, Debbie Everett (Calvin) and Kelly Everett (Angie); his grandsons, Tanner, Cooper and Grady Middlebrook; and his cousin Ronnie Tushka. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
