He is survived by : his wife Betty Head of Mt. Herman, Oklahoma; his children, Jason and Melissa; his grandchildren, Colton Karr of Mt. Herman, Vallie Parsons of Fayetteville, Tanna Parsons of Battiest, Makayla Head of Smithville, Jaycie Head of Bethel, Oklahoma and Jason Head Jr. of Bethel, Oklahoma; his children-in-law, Amy Head of Bethel, Oklahoma and Allen Billingsley of Mt. Herman, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Paul Head of Black Springs, Arkansas and Shirley Eudy of Black Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
