She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil James Whitehead and Ruby Ida Shaw-Whitehead; her son Ken Taylor; her grandparents, John, Nancy Shaw, James and Ida May Riley; and her siblings, Alva O'dell Whitehead, Veda Webster, James Roy Whitehead, Polly Coder, Judy Pettyjohn and Ray Whitehead.

She is survived by : her daughters, Dean'a (Jamie Denison) and LaDonna (Martin Green); her grandchildren, Stephanie Davidson of Kansas City, Nikki Bateman of Las Vegas, Michael Dean Taylor of Albuquerque, Brittney Miller of Broken Bow, Cameron Bastarache of Moore, Conner Bastarache of Broken Bow, Logan Ward of Broken Bow and Patrick Denison of Broken Bow; her great grandchildren, Nykayla Miller of Kansas City, Brandon Green of Henderson, Bella Baxter of Las Vegas, Jaxon Bateman of Las Vegas, Peyton of Nevada, Kash Miller of Broken Bow, Patrick and Case Denison of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Norma Kilgore, Dell Sampson and Ira Lee "Buck" Whitehead. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
