He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Neal and Doris Jean Williams (McNatt); his parents-in-law, Carl and Martha Smith; and his brother-in-law Ricky "Smoke" Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Twauna, Shauna and Clancey; the mother of his children Tamara Spencer (Mark) of Broken Bow; and his siblings, Marsha Harris of Sulphur Bluff, TX, Dr. Bob Williams (Lynda) of Commerce, TX, Billy Williams (Pam) of Mount Vernon, TX and Marty Smith of Smithville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home (205 N Broadway St, Broken Bow, OK 74728). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Smithville Rodeo Arena.
