We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2022, at the age of 101, Julia Carter of Broken Bow, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. Farley and Sarah Jane Farley (Freeman); her husband Raymond Carter; her children, Randy Carter and Judy Brown; her son-in-law Ronald Brock; and her siblings, Clyde Farley, Thomas Farley, Zona Bozarth and Marie Hughes.

She is survived by : her children, Martha Brock and Donald; her daughter-in-law Barbara Carter; and her sister-in-law Jane Carter. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
