He is survived by: his wife Dian; his sons, Kelly (Tammy Cavender) and JJ (Julie Cavender); and his grandchildren, Cade, Kelsey, Taylor and Casey. He is also survived by extended family, friends, former players, coworkers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 710 S Park Dr, Broken Bow, OK 74728.
