He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gamble; his children, James Gamble of Burkburnett, TX, Cody Gamble of Missouri, Tracy Pierce of Missouri, Ann Gragg of Haworth, OK and Cindy Edmondson of Idabel, OK; his siblings, David Crouch of San Antonio, TX, DeAnn Crouch of Altus, OK and Regina Chester of Jolly, TX; and his aunt Maggie Blackburn of Yukon, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
