With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Willoughby Sr. of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Willoughby and Norma Willoughby; his daughter Amy; and his sister Penny Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Willoughby; his son Tommy Willoughby; his daughter-in-law Angela; his grandchildren, DeLaney Argo (Matt), Aiden Willoughby, Payton Clark (Trinity), Jordyn Dumont and Axel Lee; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Bexlynn; his siblings, Sherman Willoughby (Pam), Pixie Willoughby, Tina Andres (Mike), Rhoda Cremeans and Kayla; and his brothers-in-law, Guy Smith and Loyd Gray Jr. (Tracy). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that the donations be made to Forest Hill Church Cemetery in the Forest Grove Community in honor of Tom's memory.
