She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Kincaid and Dora Kincaid (Burke); her husband John Paul Hendrix; her daughter Patricia Kolb (Joe); her son-in-law David Jenkins; and her siblings, Sue Kincaid, Lance and Lennell Kincaid.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Jenkins; her grandchildren, Jamie Staggs (Louis), Paul Kolb (Mary) and Sandy Hale; her great grandchildren, Erin, Angelina, Wil and Mikel; and her nephew Tommy Hendrix (Iryna). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
