He is survived by : his father William Gordon Johnson, II (Kay) of Broken Bow; his children, Shaelyn Johnson and Shiley Johnson of Haworth, OK; his brother Dustin White of Idabel; his stepsiblings, Doug Barrick and Donita Punneo; his mother-in-law Sharon Johnson of Haworth; and his grandparents, Jerry and Velma Johnson of Broken Bow. He is also survived by his family and friends.
