She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Ainsworth Howard; her husband Ed Sykes; her brother Doug Ballard (Deborah); her son-in-law Chad; her grandchildren, Collin, Maddie Grizzle, Mason Dibble, Alyssa Bailey, Jack and John Tanner; and her friend Cheryl Granthan. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
