He is survived by: his daughters, Judy McIntyre (Bruce) of Broken Arrow and Karen Girk of Protection, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Tyson McIntyre (Jessie), Garrett McIntyre (Holly), Lindsey Alley (Eric), Whitney Scott (Luke) and Leslie Busenitz (Ted); his great grandchildren, Makenna McIntyre, Caitlyn McIntyre, Isabella Scott, Brielle McIntyre, Audrey McIntyre, Josiah Scott, Parker Alley, Jackson Alley, Micah Scott, Adelaide McIntyre, Griffin Alley, Lucy Busenitz, Tristan McIntyre, Callie Busenitz, Claire Busenitz, Georgia Alley, Callum McIntyre, Sophie Busenitz and Gavin McIntyre; and his sister Jean Daniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
