He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Jack Phelps and Mary Elizabeth Phelps (Mountain); his siblings, William Earl Phelps (Bill) and Elizabeth Arlene Bussinger (Phelps); and his brother-in-law Tom Selman March.
He is survived by: his siblings, Corene Selman of Woodward, Willy Phelps of Dodge City, Marlene Renouf and Darlene (Marty Drew) of Buffalo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
