He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnson (Jimmie) and Lucille Johnson (VanDorn); his grandmother Fern VanDorn; his son Scott Dwayne; and his grandparent Van Dorn.
He is survived by: his friend Jackie Harger; his daughter Lisa Diane (Kevin) of Healy; his wife Jackie Harger of Buffalo; his son Shawn (Jodi); his grandchildren, Calin of Woodward, OK and Carmen of Springfield; his adoptive daughter Michelle (Andrew Sr.) of Nashville, TN; his great grandchildren, Vincent and Anthony; his siblings-in-law, Vicki Harger of Owasso, OK and Jerry Harger (Helen) of Woodward, OK; his caregivers, Hailey McLain and Nick; Sarah Taylor (Ryan), Jessica, Crystal and Andrew Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for the upkeep of the Willard Cemetery PO Box 396.
