He is survived by : his parents, James Richard and Patricia Whittington Payne; his wife Debby Payne; his sons, Travis Ray Payne of Weatherford, OK and Austin James Payne (Haleigh) of San Antonio; his stepsons, Calvin Smith of Dallas, TX and Bradley Smith (Rachel) of Greencastle, IN; his grandchildren, Maverick, Riley, Trigger and Paisely; his stepgrandchildren, Tanis, Kimber, Macie and Carl; his brother-in-law Dusty Ricks of Blanchard, OK.; his nephew Colby Ricks (Chelsey); his great-nephew Colter Ricks of Blanchard; and his aunts, Sue Lawrence of Amarillo, TX, Diane Mason of Amarillo and Gail Crowder of Vail, CO. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family and friends.
