She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Henry and Helen Jewel Azlin (West); and her siblings, Bill Azlin, Wayne Azlin, Jackie Stubbe and Trish Azlin.
She is survived by: her sons, Chad Tucker of Apache, OK, Chet Tucker, Chris Tucker of Cache, OK and Craig Tucker of Lawton, OK; her siblings, Joe Azlin of Lawton, OK, Betty Welch of Cache, OK, Kay Catlett of Lawton, OK and Thelma Jean Corvin of Snyder, OK; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Sophie, Trenton, Brayden, Easton, Cason and River. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving family members and friends.
