She is survived by: her daughter Chasity Gerlach of Caddo, OK; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Looney of Caddo, OK; her nephew Chris Gerlach (Brooke) of Durant, OK; her niece Carley Gerlach of Caddo, OK; and her daughters, Tara Payne (T. J.) of Norman, OK and Ashley Anderson of Durant, OK.
