He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Prentice; and his father-in-law Arvil Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Ann of Caddo; his children, David (Jaclyn) of Agra, Oklahoma and Amy (Chris) of Oak Harbor, Washington; his grandsons, James, John and Andrew; his mother-in-law Essie Milligan; his brother Walter Prentice; and his nieces, Melisse, Katheryn and Kaitlyn Prentice.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Condon Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you go out and eat a good meal.
