He is survived by: his wife Nell Manners; his sons, Buddy William Manners II (Ann) and Vincent Manners (Leah); his grandchildren, Jyrred, John, Joshua, Braden, Matthew Manners and Elaine Scarborough (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Kaleb and Emmett.
