She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Saxon Johnson Jr. and Virginia Johnson (Clarke). She is survived by: her husband Stephen English Smith; her children, Andrew English (Cortney) of Plano and Angela Smith of Hot Springs; her brothers, Thomas Johnson of Dallas and Charles Johnson III (Joan) of Richardson; and her grandchildren, Isaac Graves, Katelyn Hunter, Summer Smith, Austin Hunter and Bennett Smith.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 5496 Smiser Rd, Calera, OK 74730.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
