She is survived by: her brother Mark Blankenship of Calera, Oklahoma; her children, Kimberly Heil (Mullins) of Calera, Oklahoma and Joey Mullins of Calera, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Abby Mullins of Ada, Emalee Mullins of Ada and Jayci Heil of Calera, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, La'Yara Bartholomew of Ada and Da'Myrion McDowell of Ada; and her nieces and nephews, Sherri Reimer of Borger, Abby Dawn Dennis of Borger, Paul Wayne, Mike, Brad, Johnny, Marlin, Shawn Blankenship and Kelly Leewright.
