She is survived by : her sister Shirley; her close friend Rock (Stormy); her daughters, Kimberly Bizek (David Bizek) and Stephanie Hughes (Joseph Hughes); her uncle Paul; her aunt Mary Green; her husband Stephen Sloan of Sherman, TX.; her sister Reba Grantham Green (Ricky Green); her grandchildren, Domonic and Katie Bizek; her great grandchildren, Helen Paige "Smurf" Bizek, Mason Allen Bizek and Wyatt Jennings Bizek; her nephew Micheal Bronson (Cami); her great-niece Theresa Bronson; her nieces, Candace Meares and Sabrina Meares; her friend Deborah Kroeger; and also, Justin and Josh of Phoenix, AZ..
