He was predeceased by: his parents, Ples Blaylock and Pauline Blaylock of Calvin, OK.; his brothers, Tommy Ray Blaylock and Larry Don Blaylock; and his son Kenneth James Blaylock.
He is survived by: his wife Bethryne; his daughter Trena Kay Simmons (Rett); and his grandsons, Kolton James Blaylock, Tyler Wayne Freeman and Taden Kane Freeman. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
