He was predeceased by : his parents, Alma Lee Butler (Stacy) and Eulice Eugene Butler. He is survived by : his wife Shelly Butler; his children, Ronni Plank (Randall) and Cody Butler; his grandsons, Ethan Tolleson and Ryan Tolleson; his sister LaDena Gullick (Hal); his nephew Hal Lee Gullick (Nancy); and his niece Mindi Gullick. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and especially his sister and her family.
