She was predeceased by: her parents, Elster Madison Bass and Mildred Inez Bass (Barnes); her husband Johnny W. Weeks; her siblings, Van Bass, Bertas Bass, Marcus Bass, Earl Bass, Murl Bass, Aubrey Bass, Mary Simpkins, Dorine Stepp, Jane Bass and Clara Edith Burnett; her parents-in-law, J. D. "Doodle" Weeks and Jocie Weeks (Dudark); and her sisters-in-law, Lois Ann Pilgrim and Sherry Solomon.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Weeks (Sarah); her grandchildren, Blake Weeks and Baylee Weeks; her siblings, Billy Bass and Mozelle Pearce (Ronnie); her nieces and nephews, Nikki Alvarez (Tony), Becky Davenport (Terry), Missy Bass, Chrissy Moore (Aaron), Kelli Garrett (James), Katie Bumgarner (Jeremy), Karlita Lott (Dustin), Brent Pearce (Jamie), Rick Burnett, Mike Bass, David Pilgrim, Brent Pilgrim (Brenda) and Matthew Rogers; and her brother-in-law Leroy Burnett. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
