Roop and Edna Irene Roop (Cobb); her husband Robert Ivan Blackburn; her children, Leon Blackburn and Loretta Blackburn-Jordan; her grandson Joey Dean Bowerman; and her siblings, Sonny Roop, Carl Roop, Herman Roop, Donald Roop, Gene Roop, Bobbie Holland, Theodoria Gibbard, Joyce Vocholick and Elonia Beth.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Blackburn of Amarillo, Texas, Venita Blackburn (Don Darnell) of Bennington, Oklahoma and John Blackburn (Janet) of Amarillo, Texas; her grandchildren, Crystal Hemmingway, April Merlen, Lori Chamberlain, Dawn Gray (Kevin), Larry Blackburn Jr., Benjamin Blackburn, James Smith and Tracy McGrath; and her sister Valera Fry (Jim) of Guthrie, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
