It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Bierig of Canton, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Slaght and Delpha Slaght (Nusz); her husband Rick; her son Rick Bierig; and her siblings, Kenneth (Mildred) and Bonita Young (Bill).
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis and Tom (Mitzie); her daughter-in-law Cindy; and her daughter Dixene Howerton (Rick). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
