He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Frazier and Adella Pecha Frazier; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Louise Humbargar. He is survived by: his wife Ann Frazier; his daughters, Pam Moore (Hank) and Tonya Shaffer (Geoff); his grandchildren, Kodi Fleming, Matt of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Evan Fast, Ashlynn of Fairview, Oklahoma, Kori Reffner of Ringwood, Oklahoma, Sage Shaffer, Madison of Temple, Texas, Cameron Shaffer and Sierra of Seguin, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Tayte, Josey Cash Fleming, Ember, Ivy Reffner, Alaina Ryel, Clara Shaffer and Laurel Shaffer; his sister Pam Walters of Fairview, Oklahoma; his brothers-in-law, Vaughn Humbargar of White Oak and Terry Humbargar of Colony, Oklahoma; Jim Fast of Fairview, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (400 E0660 Rd, Canton, OK 73724). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Church of the Nazarene (400 W Central St, Fairview, OK 73737).
