He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Long and Beulah Long; and his brothers, Cletus and Max Long. He is survived by: his wife Judy Long; his children, Monica Long-Boettler and Damon Long; his grandchildren, Conner Boettler (Marie) and Callie Boettler; his great grandchildren, Ezra and Noah Boettler; and his sister Juanita Westfahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
