She was predeceased by: her mothers, Amber Herbert Warren and Flora Elizabeth Warren (Horner); her sister Ollie Evlen; her husband Lonnie; her siblings, Ollie Warren, Bernice Wallace and Forest Warren (Buck); and her granddaughter Elizabeth Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Lanna Fae, Lanita Rae, Wayne Mark, Jim Chaloupek, Dale Davis, Cheryl Kephart (Hladik) and Neal Kephart; her grandchildren, Timothy Chaloupek, Tricia, Terry Hysell, Joshua Davis, Lani, Wayne Espy, Katrina, B. J. Buzzard, Rhonda, Josh Steveson, Brooke and Caleb Pete; her great grandchildren, Keaton, Ginni Littleton, Kyla Littleton, Connor Chaloupek, Madison Espy, Mason Espy, Taylynn Buzzard, William Buzzard and Aaron Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Kinslee Chaloupek and Stetson Bettis.
