We are sad to announce that, on May 21, 2026, at the age of 91, Joan Patterson (Carnegie, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman E. Millwee and Wilma Millwee (Merritt); her husband Billy Don Patterson; and her siblings, Roy, Don Millwee, Erlene Hancock and Billy Millwee.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Patterson of Altus and Diana Patterson-Smith (Terry) of Hinton, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Alicia Pool (Chris) of Yukon and Kyle Patterson (Kelsey) of Springer, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Kole and Kash Patterson; her siblings, Doris Knauss (Karl) of Falconcrest, OK, Ivan Millwee of Claiborne and Carl Millwee of The Woodlands, Texas; and her nephew Dale Hancock of Edmond. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
