We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 81, John Edward Thompson (Carnegie, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, John D. and Mary O. Thompson; his siblings, Amos Thompson, Barbara Autry and Sandra Jones John; his wife ElNora Thompson; his son Mark (April Thompson); his granddaughters, Olivia and Madeline Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Bill Autry, Harold Vic Welch, Gail Jones and Evelyn Thompson; and his nephews, Chris Autry (Tina), Brian Welch (Katelyn), Miles Thompson (Molly) and Todd Welch (Linda).

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the First United Methodist Church or the Caddo County OSU scholarship fund.
