It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Louise Dilocker Bell (Carnegie, Oklahoma), who passed away at the age of 94, on April 20, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Dilocker and Orpha Dilocker (Merical); her husband Ted Bell; her son Fred Patrick; her brothers-in-law, Donald (Florene Bell), Archie Bell, Bill (Imogene Bell), Richard Bell and Jerry McGugan; and her son-in-law Mike Downes.

She is survived by : her daughters, Teresa Elaine (Greg) of Anadarko, OK and Beth Downes of Anadarko, OK; her grandchildren, Brent Downes (Kenzee) of Shawnee, OK, Jordan Tait (Andy) of Fort Cobb, OK and Kiersten Stone (Drew Cummings) of Moore, OK; her great grandchildren, Hayden and Chase Downes of Shawnee, OK; her brother Leslie Dilocker (Juanita) of Arapaho, OK; and her sisters-in-law, Margie Stokley (James) of Anadarko, OK and Betty Bell of Anadarko, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (20 W Main St, Carnegie, OK 73015). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (202 S W Oklahoma Ave, Anadarko, OK 73005). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at the Memory Lane Cemetery (2324 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005).
