She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew "Mac" Whitehorse and Lucille Whitehorse (Otis); her siblings, Karen Whitehorse, Letitia Whitehorse, RoSharon Archilta, Ethel Pennah Subieta and Patricia Redbone; her sons, Chance Clark and Lee Clark; her grandson Ricky Lee Clark; and her great grandchild Delson Pewo.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Toyekoyah (Bernie) of Anadarko, OK, Tracy Pewo (Bill) of California and Willie Clark of Lawton, OK; her adoptive children, Tavia Torralba, Darlene "Faye" Sankadota, LaRue Guoladdle and Randall Jake (Jeanine); her siblings, Rowena Whitehorse, Donna Jean Tsatoke, Beryl Boyiddle and Wraydell Beartrack; her aunt Dorothy Whitehorse DeLaune; her grandchildren, Christopher Toyekoyah, Kalee Toyekoyah, Billy Pewo Jr., Malia Pewo, Akhyka Pewo, Arianna Clark, Koda John Clark (KJ), Kaiden Clark, Chloe Clark, John Lawerence, Walter Torralba and John Henry Lorentz; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Pewo, Ava'rhi Pewo, Angelena Pewo, Kiya Pewo, Azalea Pewo, Eloi Pewo and Le'Ksi McAdams-Pewo.
