He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Weaver and Alta Weaver; and his siblings, Bob Weaver, Sharron Farley, Teresa Weaver and Mark Bearden.

He is survived by: his children, Jerrett Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Wesley Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Josh Weaver of Mountain View, OK, James Weaver of Carnegie, OK and Jack Weaver of Carnegie, OK; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Winter Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Hazelle Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Tinzlynn Weaver of Mountain View, OK, Jenevieve Weaver of Mountain View, OK and Annabeth Weaver of Mountain View, OK; and his siblings, Rosa Scott, Paul Weaver (Sherry) of Wewoka, OK, Thelma Blevins of Duncan, OK and Mildred Monk of Carnegie, OK.

He took leadership roles in each organization and donated countless hours and resources to the community.
