He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Herndon; his sister Deborah Hare (Robert Hare); his nephew Chris Hare (Jean); his great-niece Charlotte; his great-nephew Michael; his nephew Mark Hare (Sarah Fox); his niece Susan Mueggenborg (Tyler); and his great-nephew Maxwell.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home (2118 S Commerce St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (1558 C St SE, Ardmore, OK 73401).
