He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Don and Linda Sue Neal; his brother Joye Wayne; his grandparents, Merris Gordon Neal, Betty Jo Taylor, Lester Wayne Farrington and Ruby Beatrice Hix-Farrington; and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Lee Farrington, Charles "Sonny" Wayne Farrington, Judy Carol Weger and Sherly Ann Pennell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kelly Don Neal and Tracey Lynn Neal-Harris; his brother-in-law Jim Douglas Harris; his sons, Nathan Andrew Neal and Joshua Taylor Neal; his daughter-in-law Jessica Gouskos Neal; and his granddaughter Charli Rose Neal.
