He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hibstenberg of Cartwright, OK; his siblings, Sharon Mudd of Wagner, OK, Sue Reed of Washington State and Johnny Salyer; and his grandchildren, Phillip Salyer, Shawn Salyer and Chad Salyer. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
